Our Story

I’ve always loved chili — sauces, oils, the chilis themselves. But my deeper passion for food, especially Asian cuisine, began after a trip to Asia in 2016. Immersing myself in different cultures changed how I thought about food, flavor, and craft. When I returned, I started teaching myself everything — from cooking my favorite noodles to learning how to properly gut a fish.

That curiosity turned into creation.

In 2022, we launched our first product — our original chili oil — at farmers markets across Long Island, New York. The response was immediate. Soon after, we added dumplings, the perfect complement to our sauces, and everything clicked.

In 2023, we moved to California and expanded throughout Southern California, from Los Angeles to San Diego. Today, we’re proud to serve at 15+ farmers markets every week, sharing handmade dumplings inspired by the flavors that started it all.

Our dumplings have since been featured on FOX and San Diego Magazine, but what matters most is this: we make food we genuinely love, and we’re excited to share it with you.
